DO YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT?
How many times have you tried to lose weight/A lot?it is hard if you do not get the right attitude.If you think it is hard,you will have a hard time.Change how you think and feel about your body,and use your imagination to see how you want to be,and act as if you as already look as you dreamed of ,then when you practice your new thoughts,images and feelings,pick something you can do like putting your finger and thumb together,to remind you of what you made a picture of.every time you forget,or feel down,go to that place where it has already happened..continual practice,will cause everything tochange around you.that is he easy way for it to happen.trying to change by forcing change in the world around you,is the hard way.If this works for you let me know.thankyou,thomas.

Determination and motivation are the real key for you to be able to lose weight and achieve your ideal body. If you imagine that you already have six pack abs or a very slender body then you'll be motivated to workout regularly.
